I worked as a fractional marketing strategies to help a IT Leader in US (Name can't be disclosed) to built a sales strategy.

The problem: They were running cold emailing campaign and getting quality leads 1-2 leads per/week. But once they hopped on a meeting with potential lead, they had no process. No Marketing Assets, No trust ability efforts.

The solution: To optimize this sales funnel, we started working on building a capabilities deck, building case-studies, getting testimonials from the clients so once the client hops on a meeting they can showcase the potential leads what they do and who have they worked with etc.
